Finest of Ingredients

On the day of your dinner party I will collect your ingredients from several well established suppliers.  
The fish comes from SJ Neal of Hadleigh.  Stuart has worked in Billingsgate Fish Market and now runs his own wholesalers and shop.  He supplies me with the highest quality seafood using his 20 years experience, sourced fresh on the day of your dinner party. 
The fruit, vegetables and herbs are all supplied by R A Bush's of Burnham-on-Crouch.  Jason has worked in the greengrocer trade for 25 years and supplies many of the hotels, restaurants, pubs and catering companies in the local area. 
I also collect my ingredients from him on the day of your dinner party ensuring the products reach your table in the best possible condition.
The selection of meats are supplied by the award winning Wrekin Farm Shop.  They have been awarded many times including an award received from the BBC Good Food Guide.
It is my aim to provide your dinner party with the finest ingredients available, letting the food be the stars of the meal.


Dinner Service and Cutlery

Not many people have a dinner service for over eight people, or they have a mix and match collection.  I can supply all the cutlery, plates and bowls you require for your 3 course meal.


Waiting Staff

Whether you would like to serve your guests yourself, or you would like the restaurant effect in your own home, both are available. I have a small team of waitresses who can serve your diners at the table if that is the effect you wish to have.  It is your dinner party and I will accommodate to your requirements.
