Who is The Essex Personal Chef?
My name is Darren and I have always had a passion for food. I have been cooking for family and friends for over 20 years and decided I would like to develop my enjoyment for cooking and cater on a wider scale.
A while ago I was approached to cook a 3 course meal for a number of distinguished guests. Since then I have returned on numerous occasions and it developed as guests at the dinner parties I was catering for asked for me to cater at dinner parties they were hosting. This is how The Essex Personal Chef was created. I have developed a client base that includes a couple who own a London Hotel and a restaurant in Notting Hill.
My Aims
I am to produce the finest possible dishes that will impress your guests at your dinner party. I will also aim along with my staff to be as low key as possible so you can enjoy your evening with your guests with the minimal of fuss, allowing the Host/Hostess and the food be the centre of the evening. I will try to remove as much stress and pressure from you in hosting a dinner party and provide an elegant 3 course meal of your choice and present it at your dinner table. Everything will be pre-arranged prior to your evening. We will discuss your menu ideas, any other requirements your evening may need and go through every detail to make your occasion run smoothly.
